- Changes for the products can be made only with a presentation of a proof of purchase, provided that they have not been used and the product condition is as it was originally purchased, and no longer than fourteen (14) working days.
- MEGAELECTRIC has the right to charge 20% of the product value if the product is been used and the condition is not as was originally purchased.
No changes are made to products used as:
- Personal care products (clippers, razors, electric toothbrushes, hair removal machines)
- Installation labor, delivery, product maintenance
- Used appliances (washers, dryers, stoves, refrigerators, ovens, hobs, microwaves, food preparation appliances) consumables
