The 3-layer non-stick coating is ideal for gently frying delicate foods that stick easily. The comfortable, ergonomically shaped handle makes the pan easy to hold. The pan's coating makes washing up child's play. Equipped with an induction-compatible base, the Fissler Cenit® induction pan can be used on all types of cooker and is therefore an uncomplicated companion for daily frying.
