The Dyson Hyperdymium 2 motor produces twice the air pressure of the previous generation. Spinning at up to 150,000 rpm, it generates 7 kPa of pressure for a stronger Coanda effect, better hair wrapping and faster styling.
Stronger Coanda airflow enables easier, tighter wrapping around the barrel, for better, defined curls. The 40 mm Co-anda2x curling barrel creates loose curls and waves in both directions with one barrel.
The most powerful motor generates high-velocity airflow for full hair dryer performance. The Fast dryer 2x attachment controls the higher-velocity airflow for faster drying.
2x the air pressure creates the tension needed to straighten hair. The AirSmooth2x attachment straightens dry hair using only air pressure, for smooth, straighter styles.
With Bluetooth wireless technology and the MyDyson app, you create a hair profile by answering six questions about your hair type and length. The one-touch i.d. curl sequence then adapts heat, airflow and timings to your hair. An accelerometer senses when hair is wrapped around the barrel and starts the sequence automatically.
Dry, curl, wave, straighten, smooth and volumise with six intelligent attachments.
